Can I return or exchange an altered item?
No. Once an item has been altered, it is no longer eligible for exchange or return.
Is there a cost?
Eligible MUSE Loyalty members receive complimentary minor alterations.
How long will alterations take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the store and the requested alteration. Our team will provide an estimated completion date when your garment is received.
